The holidays are quickly approaching and you won’t be catching me out here with nothing to wear. I got a chance to check out some of the plus size holiday finds from Aura Bazaar, owned by Jessica Morales formerly of BLAIR boutique, at the Dream Big Curvy Girl Conference in Chicago last month. Jessica was a vendor and I was gasping over some of the gems on her racks. And today, I am bringing you an exclusive sneak peak at Aura Bazaar’s holiday plus size pieces.
Velvet and gold tones are holiday classics but these pieces also touch on current trends: athleisure, overalls, and ruffles. Finding overalls that work for my frame has been a challenge. I like these ones because they are a comfortable stretch velvet and they pair well with a crop top for a sexy holiday look.

As if the color of this dress wasn’t special enough, the cut of this dress is truly standout. It’s a wrap-style cut which frames the bust and waist. I paired it with gold glitter boots from Amazon because I am that over-the-top.
