Introducing Lane Bryant’s Plus Size Pride Collection

As a queer plus size woman who doesn’t look stereo-typically LGBTQ, I am always looking for ways to scream, “I’m here. I’m queer!” That’s why I’m obsessed with the new limited edition full of the cutest rainbow plus size swimwear and intimates! The best part? 10% of every sale is donated to GLSEN, a nonprofit that champions LGBTQ rights for students ages K-12.
The Lane Bryant Pride Collection is part of their FAST LANE capsule collection series. Items are available online in a very select amount of stores but they won’t be around for long because everything is limited edition! The collection features a mix of both Cacique swimwear and intimates. From mesh polka dot tops and rainbow-trimmed lingerie sets to comfy pajama sets and yellow string bikinis, this collection is fun, sexy, and cozy too!

It can be extremely frustrating to find That’s why I am so excited to see this collection from Lane Bryant. Though certain sizes have already sold out, items are available up to a 26/28 and that’s a big deal!
Though the bikinis and lingerie sets may be more femme, I can see the tees and pj sets wearing as comfy loungewear for more masculine leaning babes too. I found everything to fit pretty true to size and items were super soft and breathable making them easy to wear. See all the items I tried out below!
1. Plus Size Rainbow Cotton Bra & Panty Set
I don’t normally wear white undergarments but this rainbow lined t-shirt bra definitely changed my mind. It is lightly lined and features a smooth front so it can worn easily under lighter-weight tops. The hipster panty is a full coverage style with a higher cut at the hip. Of course, I love (pun intended) the message on the back! I am wearing an 18/20 but I could’ve easily sized up for slightly more coverage in the front.
2. Plus Size Rainbow Graphic Tank
When I sleep, I want what I am wearing to be extra soft against my skin especially in the summer so this tank came just in time. Made from a relaxed French terry, it’s has a luxe feel to it. I’m wearing a 2X for reference. My favorite part is definitely the rainbow elastic band in the back because it’s a fun surprise!
3. Plus Size Rainbow Bralette and Panty
I love bralettes but sometimes, they aren’t the most supportive. That was not the case with this Pride themed bralette. I’m a 40DD and I’m wearing a 18/20 in this bralette comfortably. It’s made from a comfy cotton spandex and is double-layered which makes all the difference! The back of the bra sold me aesthetically but the fit of this comfortable set that will have me wearing it non-stop.
