I Was The Curvy Couture Brand Ambassador at theCURVYcon!

In June 2016, I traveled to New York City for the second annual where I served as the brand ambassador for one of my favorite brands, Curvy Couture. In addition to helping introduce people to the wonders of Curvy Couture lingerie, I had the opportunity to meet so many of my fave fellow bloggers and social influencers.

Produced by plus size bloggers Chastity Garner of and CeCe Olisa of The Plus Size Princess, the CURVYcon brings together plus size fashion retailers from across the country (and a few from across the pond) for one of the biggest in-person plus size shopping events. The event also featured panel discussions regarding personal style, blogging and designing.

I had so much fun as the brand ambassador for Curvy Couture at CurvyCon! For me, it was an amazing opportunity to not only introduce attendees to one of my favorite brands but to also help women find the right bra for them. I know before I linked up with the Curvy Couture team I was totally wearing the wrong bra size and learning to do fittings and being a part of the Curvy Couture team completing fittings at the CURVYcon was a full circle experience for me.

We measured hundreds of women for bras at the two-day event and quite a few of them were wearing the wrong size. Helping them find their size and also sharing my favorite Curvy Couture pieces was extremely rewarding. I’m happy to know that a few more plus size babes will enjoy the everyday foundation comfort that I have come to love and expect from Curvy Couture because they met us at the CURVYcon.
